Dr. Francis (Frank) Wafula

Frank serves as the Academic Director (Institute of Healthcare Management) and Senior Lecturer at the Strathmore University, where he is also a senior research fellow. He has also served as a health specialist with the World Bank Group, providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Health on strengthening regulation, quality management and collaborations/partnerships for effective service delivery.

Frank holds a PhD in Health Systems and Policy (London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Open University), an MSc in Public Health (LSHTM), and a BPharm degree (University of Nairobi), with additional training from IESE Business School (Barcelona) and Strathmore University (Nairobi) among others.
